Instructions:

Mass in the original recipe for 1-2 people plenty.

Butter slices of brown bread, cover with cheese, sprinkle with onion and pepper, heat in a heated broiler or possibly oven (highest heat setting) until cheese begins to melt. Remove, place halved and drained chanterelles on top of the soft cheese, season lightly with salt (or sprinkle grated cheese over the chanterelles), return to the stove and let the chanterelles heat up. Serve garnished with parsley, adding lightly salted tomato quarters to taste.
