For the beef steak with porcini mushroom sauce, first peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash and pluck the herbs and also chop finely. Clean the porcini mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.

Fry the garlic in a little oil. Fry the meat on both sides for 2 minutes each. Deglaze with the red wine and then add the remaining ingredients. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Lift out the steaks beforehand, depending on the desired cooking level.
