Instructions:

To make the leek puff pastry, line a baking pan with the puff pastry and prick it several times with a fork. Chop the leek and spring onion and sauté in oil, add the diced sausage and leave to cool.

Mix well the cream with the egg, cheese, flour and salt and pepper. Spread the leek on the puff pastry and pour the cream mixture over it.

Bake the leek puff pastry for about 40 minutes at top/bottom heat on the lowest rack.
