For the potato wedges, preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Cut the very well washed potatoes into six halves lengthwise. Pluck the rosemary from the stems and chop.

Put some olive oil, the rosemary and the coarse sea salt in a suitable freezer bag. Add the sliced potatoes and seal the bag.

Mix the potatoes well with the oil and spice mixture. Then place the potato wedges on a tray with baking paper, set up, skin down, so they get the crispiest, and bake in a hot oven for about 20-25 minutes.

Fits very well with grilled meat, steaks, short fried!
