Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Clean the rhubarb and cut into two cm long pieces. Remove the peel from the oranges, quarter them and cut diagonally into fine slices.

Bring the milk, sugar, raisins, scraped vanilla pulp and pod to the boil. Add the pasta and simmer for about five minutes. Add the rhubarb pieces to the noodles form, simmer another five min on low heat until almost all the liquid is absorbed and the noodles are very soft.

Stir from time to time so that the noodles do not stick to the bottom of the pot.

Mix the oranges into the pasta, bring to the table on the spot.
