Instructions:

For the lentil casserole, soak the lentils overnight, pour fresh water and cook until quite soft with 1 clove of crushed garlic.

Then strain. Peel, grate and add the apple, half of the grated cheese and 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.

Mix everything well with the spices and put it in an oiled baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
