Instructions:

For the rum balls, mix the nuts with the powdered sugar, then add the lemon juice and rum. Melt the couverture over steam and add to the mixture, also add the currant jam and mix very well.

Refrigerate for half an hour, then form balls by hand and roll in different decorations.
