Dice bacon and fry in a frying pan on 2 1/2 or automatic heat 8-9. Chop the cheese in a universal shredder.
Unroll pizza dough, lay pieces on top of each other. Roll out on floured surface to a 50 x 60 cm rectangle. Mix cheese, parsley and bacon, spread evenly on dough. Roll up the dough.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the dough into a ring, close it, place it on the baking sheet and score it several times on the surface.
Mix egg yolk with 1 tbsp. water, brush the ring with it and bake.

160 to 180 , convection oven 30 to 35 min.
