For the stir-fried vegetables with sweet potatoes, peel the sweet potato and cut into small pieces. Wash broccoli and cauliflower and divide into small florets.

Wash bell bell pepper and pepperoni, remove seeds and stems then cut into small pieces.

Heat the canola oil in a wok pan, fry the bell bell pepper and pepperoni, then add the sweet potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower.

Add water and sauté until tender. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce and leave the wok vegetables with sweet potatoes on the stove for a few minutes.
