Instructions:

For the Malakoff dumplings, prepare the pudding according to instructions, allow to cool. Cream butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks, stir in cooled pudding by the spoonful, add rum.

Turn biscuits in cold coffee and place in a square mold, spread with cream and sprinkle with chocolate powder.

Repeat until the mixture is used up, the last layer must be cream, sprinkle with chocolate powder and chill overnight.

Cut out “dumplings” from the mixture with 2 spoons, arrange on plates and garnish with whipped cream.
