For the wild garlic bread, make a dampfl with milk, yeast, sugar and some wheat flour. Sift the remaining flour, add the dampfl and add the oil.

Knead well and let rise covered by the double. Now add the nuts and the finely chopped wild garlic and knead again, then place in a greased loaf pan and let rise again.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C until brown. Brush with water so that the surface becomes crispy. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
