For the wheat and vegetable salad, rinse the wheat and soak overnight in 3/4 l water.

Cover with the soaking water and 1 tsp. salt, cook for about 20 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Clean, wash and chop the vegetables. Dice cheese, peel onions and cut into rings. Wash and finely chop chives.

Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and oil. Mix everything and let it sit for a while. Finally, season the wheat and vegetable salad to taste.
