For the coconut milk rice with fruit, simmer the milk and coconut milk with the rice for about half an hour.

Initially simmer on high, stirring constantly, and after 5 minutes continue to simmer on low heat. Allow to reduce and finally mix in the shredded coconut and sugar.

Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces, garnish the rice pudding with them and serve the coconut rice pudding with fruit.
