Instructions:

For the stuffed oranges, peel kiwi and cut into slices. Wash the grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds.

Peel pineapple and cut into small cubes. Wash oranges, cut off cap and cut out prongs. Peel out the flesh with a Parisienne cutter and also cut into small cubes.

Mix all the cut fruit with the orange liqueur and half of the powdered sugar and leave to rest in the cool for about 1 hour. Now fill the prepared hollowed out oranges with the fruit salad and arrange on a nice platter.

Whip the whipped cream with the second half of the powdered sugar and the vanilla sugar. Pour into a piping bag and decorate the oranges with it.

Finally, decorate the filled oranges with halved grapes and kiwi slices.
