Preheat the oven to 140 °C. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper (place the baking pan on the paper and trace the outline with a pencil). Whip the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the sugar until you get a shiny meringue mixture. Fold in the cornflour and the vinegar. Spread the meringue on the parchment paper. Bake for 1 and a quarter hours at 140 °C until the meringue is golden. Turn off the oven and cool the meringue with the door closed for about 1 hour.
Carefully remove the paper from the meringue. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and spread on the meringue. Spread the inside of the 4 passion fruits evenly over the whipped cream. Garnish with other fruits if desired.
