Instructions:

For the savory filled pancakes, first prepare the curd cream. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and season well.

For the filling, cut the kohlrabi, carrots and bell bell pepper into sticks, cut the shallots into rings, chop the garlic and ginger very finely. Sauté the shallots, add the vegetables, sugar, garlic and ginger and fry until crisp. Season with salt and pepper, add parsley.

For the pancake batter, mix the salted flour with milk until a smooth batter is formed. Mix in the egg, do not stir too much or the batter will be tough. Fry in a pan with a little oil.

Spread with the curd cream, place ham and vegetables on top and fold. Serve the spicy filled pancakes.
