Rub the beef roast with the spices. Cover with a few thin slices of bacon and tie tightly.

Fry in oil, remove from the roasting pan. Sauté onion and greens in the drippings. Add water, paradeis pulp, red wine. Add Schmor+Bratfix and let it boil. Put the roast in and braise in the stove at 150 °C for about 60-70 minutes. Turn the meat a few times to the other side. After cooking time, remove the meat, strain the roast stock and thicken with sauce binder, refine with sour whipped cream. Serve with raw grated potatoes and bean pods.
