Instructions:

Mix yolks, sugar with vanilla sugar and chocolate. Add oil and water by the spoonful. Fold in flour with baking powder and snow.

Bake slowly without convection in a high baking tray at 180° for about 30 minutes.

For the cream: mix the pastry cream for one minute and then add the cream stiffener and the powdered sugar. Continue mixing until the cream is thick enough.

Then divide the amount in half and stir Nutella into one half. Spread the cream on the baked, cooled dough (dark at the bottom, light at the top).
