Instructions:

1. flatten veal cutlets between foil and cut in half. Place 1/2 slice of ham on each slice. Place 1 sage leaf on each, fold and pin together with a toothpick. Pin 1 sage leaf to the outside of each toothpick.

2. peel garlic and chop finely. Cut butter into cubes and set aside to cool.

3. season saltimbocca with pepper and little (!) with salt. Heat oil in a frying pan and roast meat at high temperature for 3 min. on each side.

30 min.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give a wonderful touch to your dish!
