For the minced balls with feta cheese, preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Cut the feta cheese into cubes of about 2 by 2 centimeters. Soak the bread roll briefly in a little cold water and squeeze it well.

Mix the minced meat with the softened bread, salt, pepper and the egg yolk. Then coat the feta cubes with the minced meat mixture and form balls.

Fry the balls in a hot pan with olive oil on all sides and cook in the oven for about five minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the spring onion and tomatoes, cut them open and sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil. Pour the soup, bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Sift in the couscous, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring repeatedly.

Serve the minced meatballs with feta cheese with the couscous.
