For the olive cheese there is ken fixed recipe, so here only a “manual”: The feta with enough olive oil in the food processor form and crush. Then add the olives and the tsp of sambal (yes, not a misprint!). Add olive oil until the quantity has the desired consistency – done! You can still add kitchen herbs as you like, for example thyme. However, seasoning or seasoning to taste is not necessary.
