Curd, nuts, egg, milk and sugar and bake in frying pan with hot oil until done. Peel the mango, cut into small pieces and mash with honey and a little juice of a lemon. Whip the cream until stiff. Pour the mango sauce on a plate and place the sliced pancake rolls on the side. Finish with blobs of cream on top of the mango sauce and a mint leaf.
