Instructions:

Wring out the fruit. Fill the juice with rum, rock candy, vanilla sugar, lime juice and zest in a well-sealed container. Leave to rest for 4 days, stirring a few times or shaking if necessary.

Fill into bottles, close well and rest for at least 3 weeks.

You can also use 3 oranges and 3 tangerines.
