Instructions:

Rinse the oranges under hot water and pat dry. Grate the peel of one orange (for 600 g of finished product). Carefully remove the peel from the oranges and cut them into large pieces. Rinse the kiwis and roughly chop them. Puree the fruit, orange zest, lemon juice and carob bean gum with a hand blender. Divide the honey into pieces and add to the fruit puree form. Mix with a hand mixer on low speed until the honey is dissolved and the mixture is homogeneous.
