Try this delicious pasta dish:

Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the fish pieces (boneless, diced like goulash)in it.

When browned on both sides, remove and set aside.

In the same oil, steam the chopped onion and the peppers. Add the chopped garlic, then the prepared tomatoes and sauté until almost all the liquid has evaporated. Add the peas, then the fish stock.

Let it boil up. Meanwhile, in a mortar, crush and mix the paprika, cumin, saffron, pepper and salt. Mix with a little liquid from the saucepan, then add to saucepan. When it is bubbling, add the crab tails, mussels, fried noodles and fish pieces. Reduce temperature and cook on stove until pasta is just tender, in about 1000 cmin.

Pull from the stove, cover and let stand for a few minutes, then place on the table.

The consistency should be juicy but not soupy.
