For the crostini with herb cream cheese, fry the bread slices in a little olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Lift out, drain on a paper towel and keep warm. Puree the herbs with the olive oil in a food processor or with a hand blender.

Stir in the cream cheese along with mascarino. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce to taste. Spread the herb cream cheese on the warm bread slices and garnish the crostini with herb cream cheese with radishes cut into wedges or slices.
