Instructions:

Sift the flour and chickpea flour into a high baking bowl, add cumin, coriander, salt, turmeric, and paprika and mix. Chop the coriander leaves and add them. Then stir everything together with so much water until a liquid dough is formed…but not too liquid. everything together then pull and swell in about 5 min.

In the meantime, wash the chicken or vegetables and chop into bite-sized pieces. Make sure that the individual pieces are not too thick, otherwise the Pakora will not be cooked!

The vegetables or meat to the dough form and mix well, so that all pieces are evenly covered by the dough. everything together again 10-20 min pull.

Then pour a large frying pan with oil, perhaps you can also take a frying insert.

Heat the oil well. Then, using a spoon, place the batter covered pieces one by one in the frying pan/frying insert and turn them once or maybe twice to the other side. The pakora are usually cooked when the edges of the batter have a brownish color and the rest looks crispy golden yellow.

Drain on a cooking rack lined with paper towels and cool.
