Instructions:

First prepare the sugar syrup. To do this, bring the sugar and water to the boil, simmer for 2 minutes and then allow to cool.

Peel the melons and cut them into small cubes, puree them separately in a food processor, pass them through a sieve and mix both types of melon with equal parts of sugar syrup and lemon juice.

Fill ice cream molds or yogurt cups halfway with watermelon juice, place in freezer and freeze for about 2 hours, then pour the sugar melon juice on top and freeze in freezer for about 1 hour.

Put a stick in each popsicle and freeze overnight.
