Instructions:

For the pasta gratin, cook pasta until al dente and strain. Preheat oven. Grease oven dish.

Mix cooked pasta, chopped leftover sausage and peas. Spread in the baking dish. Beat eggs with whipped cream, salt and pepper and pour over the top.

Finally, cover with cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

If you want the cheese to be brown, remove the aluminum foil after about 25 minutes. Arrange the pasta gratin and serve.
