Instructions:

Cook the rice in water, chop the garlic. Cut the leek into fine rings. Cut the carrot into thin slices.

Heat oil and fry garlic and leek until hot. Add carrots, peas and sugar snap pea pods and sauté briefly, hot. Set vegetables aside.

Beat eggs and add to center of pan. Allow eggs to set, stirring well.

Mix in the rice, let everything fry briefly and season with chili, sugar, salt and lime juice.

Arrange the fried rice and serve.
