Cut the ham and liver into strips. Fry the ham in a frying pan and brown the liver strips in it. Add the onion cut into small cubes and sweat until translucent, fill up with the wine and the clear soup. Add the sour cream and thicken with the flour. Season to taste with salt, paprika and freshly ground bell pepper.
