For the super-fast vegetable and rice meat pan, peel and dice the onion, cut the meat into approx. 3×3 cm cubes. Peel the garlic.

Heat some oil in a meat pot and quickly fry the meat and onions. Briefly fry the tomato paste, pull the pot aside and stir in the garlic and paprika powder and immediately deglaze with vinegar.

Stir in water and rice, season and steam with lid on low heat. After about 10 minutes, mix in the vegetables and continue to steam until the rice is al dente!

Season again, pluck basil coarsely and stir in. Serve on warmed plates.
