Knead butter until smooth and fold in wild garlic leaves. Season a little with salt. If you want to keep a green butter, you can put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl form and grind and mix with a blender. Then spread on parchment paper, fold together and form a roll in the paper. This way you can freeze the butter in stock and cut it into slices when needed.
