Brown rusk is a special variety of rusk: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients into a dough. On a floured work surface, shape the dough into three strudels, brush them with egg white and place the dough on a lightly greased baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius until it is a nice brown color.
Brown rusk belongs still hot cut into slices.
