For the ham rice, peel and chop the onion. Wash and dice the peppers. Cut ham into cubes. Heat the oil and let the onion become transparent.

Then add all ingredients and fry briefly. Add tomato paste and paprika powder and pour in beef broth.

Add rice, salt and steam until soft. (always stir).
