For the sauce, stir through cumin, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Gradually add oil (I) heartily.
Skin the sausages, cut them in half and make a diamond-shaped notch on the round side. Heat oil (Ii) in a frying pan, fry sausages in it until crispy on all sides.
Mix cabbage, lettuce and onion with the sauce, arrange on four plates and add the sausages.
