For the fruit casserole, prepare the fruit. To do this, peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Boil with water, cinnamon and sugar to a compote.
For the dough, mix the yolks, sugar, grated almond kernels and any spices and mix in a food processor for half an hour.
Beat the egg whites to a snow and fold the beaten egg whites into the batter. Put the compote in a baking dish and spread the batter over it. Bake the fruit casserole for half an hour at 180°C top / bottom heat.
