For the cranberry grape seed oil cake, beat eggs and sugar with a food processor until foamy, add oil. Mix flour and baking powder well.

Add water, fold in the cranberries and chocolate flakes by hand. Brush a silicone loaf pan with oil, pour in the batter and bake at 160 degrees hot air for 60 minutes. Test the cake!

When the cake is already light brown on the outside and still liquid on the inside, cover with aluminum foil and make sure that the matte side of the foil is facing up. (so the heat can pass through and is not deflected).
