Instructions:

For the lasagna, first prepare the sugo. Sauté the root vegetables, finely chopped garlic cloves and onion in olive oil.

Add the meat and sauté a teaspoon each of rosemary, thyme and oregano. Add the strained tomatoes and cook, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring often.

Add Rama Cremefine to cook with the parsley, salt pepper and nutmeg for 2 minutes lightly. Brush a rectangular dish with olive oil. First, spread a layer of sugo evenly on the bottom and cover completely with pastry sheets, breaking also sheets.

Cover evenly with Rama Cremefine mixture. Then again do sugo, pastry sheets and Rama Cremefine mixture and so on. At the end sprinkle with pizza cheese and bake in preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
