Instructions:

Saffron threads, cream, milk and sugar boil, pull from the plate, pull 5 min. Let soaked, well squeezed gelatine melt in it. Strain into 4 2 dl ramekins that have been rinsed and cooled. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Turn out and serve with orange salad.
