For the apple pie in apple shape, prepare a shortcrust dough from flour, powdered sugar, margarine and egg yolks. Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour. Line the apple baking pan with baking paper.

Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it in the apple baking dish, raising the edge a little. Spread dough with jam. Peel and chop apples and spread on the dough.
