For the Strawberry Holler punch, first wash the strawberries, pat dry, quarter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Stir. All strawberries should be coated with powdered sugar. Re-sugar if necessary.
Pour the orange liqueur and wine over the flower umbels and lemon balm leaves and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to infuse.
Then strain the wine and mix with the strawberries.
Finally, pour the Strawberry Holler punch with sparkling wine and serve immediately.
