For nutty chicken skewers first squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the salt. Trim the meat and cut into cubes. Place in the lemon juice for about a quarter of an hour.

In the meantime, peel the onions and cut them into thin slices. Fry them in the oil, remove and drain. Keep the oil.

Finely puree the onions. Finely grate the ginger and add it. Press the garlic and stir it in as well. Add the almonds as well. Mix everything well with the crème fraîche and season with garam masala. Marinate the meat in it and let it marinate for at least 5 hours, covered and refrigerated.

Thread the chicken cubes onto metal skewers and brush with the oil from sautéing the onion. Grill the skewers for about 6-8 minutes, turning them over and over.

Toast the nuts in a little butter. Finely chop the parsley and add. Turn the finished grilled skewers in it and serve the nutty chicken skewers.
