For the onion chicken, grease an oven dish. Cut chicken fillets into cutlets and fry in a little oil. Place in the baking dish.

Boil off the frying residue with water and whipping cream, add salt and pepper. Add the onion soup, bring to the boil and pour over the fried chicken pieces. Bake the onion chicken in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 25 minutes.
