Instructions:

For the Spaghetti Carbonara, cook pasta in enough salted water “al dente”.

Fry bacon until crispy. Mix cream, cheese and eggs and season with salt, cayenne pepper and pepper.

Strain pasta and mix with butter while still hot until melted.

Stir the bacon into the egg mixture and toss the pasta in it.

Sprinkle the spaghetti carbonara with fresh, chopped parsley and serve.
