Clean the meat and cut into slices. For the marinade, whisk the egg whites, add the soy sauce. Later put the meat and add olive oil. (Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour).

Bring water for the long grain rice to a simmer and make the long grain rice in salted water.

Sear the meat briefly in a frying pan with hot oil, season with pepper and set the meat aside. Extinguish the hot pan with vegetable or chicken soup and add the curry paste.

Then add the raisins, coconut and sliced bananas. Finally, refine a little with crem fraiche and soy milk and put the meat in the frying pan to warm up.

Serve the long grain rice and the chicken-banana curry on a plate and decorate with cilantro if desired.
