For the stuffed peppers, finely chop the mushroom and onion and fry them a little in the oil. Add tomato pieces, yellow fine bell pepper strips and fine garlic and oatmeal.

Roast everything and season with salt and pepper and some parsley. Fill the red peppers in half with the above filling. Place the peppers in a baking dish and pour vegetable soup over them.

Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. At the end, gratinate the stuffed peppers for another 15 minutes sprinkled with cheese.
