A cake recipe for all foodies:

Knead flour, 200 g cold fat in flakes, 100 g sugar, salt and one egg into a smooth dough. Refrigerate for about half an hour. Drain cherries and apricots. Cream 75 g fat and 200 g sugar. Fold in 3 eggs, curd cheese and custard powder. Roll out the dough on the greased pan. Prick the base a few times. Spread cream on top. Spread fruit evenly on top. Bake in heated oven (electric oven 200 °C / gas mark 3) for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
