A cake recipe for all foodies:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Dough: Cut butter into small pieces, prepare dough with sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla sugar, sour whipped cream, a shot glass of Calvados and lemon zest, put the dough to cool.

Remove peel from apples, remove core. Heat water in a saucepan. Add sugar and the apple pieces. Briefly steam the apple pieces until soft, then drain and cool.

Generously grease the tart springform pan with butter. Roll out half of the dough, pour into the cake pan and press up the edges.

Mix the cooled apple pieces with almond kernels and Calvados and spread evenly on the dough.

Roll out the second half of the dough to the size of the cake springform pan and smooth it over the topping as a lid.

Bake the cake for about thirty to forty minutes in the heated oven.

Offer stiffly whipped cream to the cake.
