Mix the low-fat curd cheese with the mineral water until smooth. Mix cream cheese and feta cheese, brush through a sieve, add to curd form and mix thoroughly. Press half a clove of garlic through a press, season with salt, pepper and paprika. In portions, squeeze 100 g of the mixture in a cotton cloth and form into balls. Arrange two balls on each plate, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with black and green olives. Serve with fresh whole wheat bread.
